Wrong agency selected
Fix missing or unexpected data caused by using the wrong active workspace.
Why It Happens
If your AGENCIE account belongs to multiple agencies, only one agency is active at a time.
The active workspace determines which agency's data, roles, permissions, and work you are currently using.
This can make information appear missing when you are simply inside another agency.
Check The Active Workspace
Look at the agency name shown in the workspace interface.
That is the agency you are currently working inside.
If the clients, campaigns, Gigs, Team members, or work you expected are missing, check the active agency before changing anything.
How To Switch
- Open the profile menu.
- Find Switch Workspace.
- Select the agency you want to work in.
- AGENCIE opens that agency's workspace.
Your permissions and available navigation may change after switching because your roles can be different in each agency.
What Changes Between Agencies
Each agency has its own:
- Clients
- Campaigns
- Gigs
- Team members
- Workflow
- My Work
- Calendar
- Publishing schedules
- Roles and permissions
Data from different agencies is not combined into one workspace.
Example
Suppose your account belongs to:
Agency A → Manager
Agency B → Editor
If Agency B is currently active, you will see Agency B's work and receive the access available to your Editor role.
Agency A's clients and campaigns have not disappeared.
Switch back to Agency A to access them.
Direct Workspace URLs
Each agency also has its own workspace address.
For example:
agency-a.agencie.in
agency-b.agencie.in
Opening a workspace directly still requires an active membership in that agency.
AGENCIE does not use the URL alone to determine whether you are allowed to access the workspace.
Before Reporting Missing Data
If something appears to be missing, first check:
- The agency shown as the active workspace.
- Whether the expected data belongs to that agency.
- Whether your membership in that agency is active.
- Whether your roles in that agency allow you to see the expected area.
- Whether you need to switch workspaces.
If the correct agency is active and the expected data is still missing, continue troubleshooting the specific client, campaign, Gig, workflow, or assignment.
Clients, campaigns, Gigs, workflows, team memberships, and other operational data belong to a specific agency. Switching workspaces changes your agency context; it does not move or merge data between agencies.
