I can't see a workspace
Troubleshoot an agency workspace that does not appear after login.
Check Your Login Email
Agency membership is connected to your AGENCIE account.
If you joined through an invitation, make sure you signed in using the same email address that received the invitation.
For example:
Invited email → person@company.com
Signed-in email → person@company.com
Using another account does not automatically give it access to the invitation or agency.
Check The Invitation
If you were invited recently, make sure the invitation was accepted successfully.
An invitation may be:
- Pending
- Accepted
- Expired
- Cancelled
- Declined
Only accepting a valid invitation creates or activates your membership in the agency.
If the invitation is still pending, open the invitation link and complete the acceptance flow.
Check The Workspace Switcher
If you already belong to another agency, AGENCIE may open that workspace first.
Open the profile menu and check Switch Workspace.
Your other active agency memberships should appear there.
Selecting an agency changes the active workspace without requiring another account.
Check Your Membership
If the invitation was accepted but the workspace still does not appear, an authorized agency user should check whether you appear as an active member in Team.
The expected relationship is:
Invitation Accepted → Agency Membership → Workspace Available
An old accepted invitation by itself does not guarantee that the membership is still active.
For example, if the member was later removed from the agency, the historical invitation can remain accepted while the person no longer has workspace access.
If You Were Removed
If you previously belonged to the agency but were removed, the old invitation cannot simply restore your access.
An authorized user should send a new invitation.
After you accept the new invitation, AGENCIE can restore your membership according to the newly assigned roles.
CLIENT Users
If you were invited as a CLIENT user, your membership is also associated with the business client you represent.
After accepting the invitation, use the same account to access the agency workspace.
Your available pages and data may be more limited than those of internal agency employees because CLIENT access is scoped to the associated business client.
Limited navigation does not necessarily mean the workspace is missing.
Direct Workspace Address
If you know the agency workspace address, opening it directly does not bypass membership checks.
For example:
agency-name.agencie.in
AGENCIE still verifies that the signed-in account has an active membership in that agency.
If the account does not have access, manually entering the workspace URL will not grant it.
What To Check
If the workspace is still missing, verify:
- You are signed in with the invited email.
- The invitation was accepted successfully.
- The invitation was not cancelled or expired before acceptance.
- Your agency membership is active.
- The agency appears under Switch Workspace.
- You have not been removed from the agency.
- For CLIENT users, the membership is associated with the expected business client.
If these are correct and the workspace still does not appear, the workspace membership state should be investigated rather than creating duplicate accounts or repeatedly sending invitations.
An invitation allows someone to join an agency. After acceptance, the active agency membership is what gives the account access to that workspace.
