What It Is
An agency is your organization's workspace in AGENCIE.
It contains the clients, campaigns, team members, workflows, gigs, schedules, and other operational data belonging to that agency.
Each agency is kept as a separate workspace.
When To Use It
Create an agency when setting up AGENCIE for a new agency or organization.
If you belong to an existing agency, you normally do not need to create another one. Instead, accept the invitation from that agency.
How To Create
- Sign in to AGENCIE.
- If you do not belong to a workspace yet, open Create Agency.
- Enter the agency display name.
- Choose the agency name or workspace slug.
- Create the agency.
Workspace Address
Each agency receives its own workspace address based on its slug.
For example:
your-agency.agencie.in
The slug identifies the agency workspace and must be unique.
The agency display name is used throughout the interface, while the slug is used to identify the workspace in its URL.
What Happens Next
After the agency is created:
- You become the Owner of the agency.
- Your Owner membership is created.
- The agency becomes your active workspace.
- The workspace becomes available at its agency-specific address.
- You can begin adding your team and business clients.
As Owner, you receive the highest level of management access within that agency.
Multiple Agencies
AGENCIE is designed around separate agency workspaces.
A user may belong to more than one agency where supported, but membership and access are evaluated within the current agency.
A role in one agency does not automatically grant the same access in another agency.
Recommended Next Steps
After creating your agency:
- Add your team.
- Create your first business client.
- Complete the Client Playbook with useful brand context.
- Create a campaign or gig.
- Start assigning and tracking production work.
What Can Go Wrong
Workspace Name Already Exists
Agency slugs must be unique.
If the workspace name you choose is already being used, choose another available slug.
Wrong Workspace
If you belong to multiple agencies, make sure you are working inside the correct agency before creating clients, campaigns, or assigning work.
Clients, campaigns, team memberships, workflows, and other agency data belong to a specific workspace. Access in one agency does not grant access to another agency.
