What It Is

Calendar gives your agency a time-based view of work happening across campaigns, workflows, gigs, and publishing schedules.

What you can see depends on your role, assignments, and workspace access.

Calendar Access

Internal Team Members

Internal agency members can use Calendar to keep track of relevant work, deadlines, campaign activity, publishing schedules, and assigned tasks.

Available information is determined by the user's agency role and access.

Client Users

Client users can access Calendar, but their access is scoped to the business client they represent.

A client user cannot use Calendar to view another business client's campaigns, schedules, or work.

Calendar Events

Calendar can include events generated from Agencie work such as:

• Campaign activity and schedules
• Publishing schedules
• Workflow tasks and deadlines
• Gig or work-order due dates
• Other assigned work with scheduled dates

Selecting an event takes you to the relevant Agencie resource when one is available.

For client users, campaign-related events link to resources they are authorized to access.

Google Calendar Integration

Google Calendar integration is available.

Once connected, Agencie can sync supported assigned work to your Google Calendar so you can see upcoming work without needing to open Agencie every time.

Your Google Calendar connection is associated with your Agencie user account.

Connect Google Calendar

Open Calendar and connect your Google Calendar account.

After authorization, supported Agencie work can be synchronized with Google Calendar.

You only need to connect your account once unless the connection is disconnected, revoked, or requires authorization again.

Multi-Agency Accounts

If you belong to multiple agencies, Agencie keeps workspace access and event authorization isolated by agency.

Your access to an event is determined by your membership and permissions in the agency that owns that work.

Privacy and Access

Calendar follows the same server-side access controls as the rest of Agencie.

For example:

• Internal users see information allowed by their agency role and assignments.
• Client users are restricted to their linked business client.
• A client user cannot access another client's campaign or calendar data by directly opening its URL.
• Calendar access does not bypass campaign, workflow, or client authorization.

If Something Looks Missing

If expected work does not appear:

1. Check that you are in the correct agency workspace.
2. Confirm the work has a scheduled date or deadline.
3. Check whether the work is assigned or visible to your role.
4. If you are a client user, confirm the work belongs to your linked business client.
5. For Google Calendar, confirm your Google account is still connected.

If an item exists in Agencie but is not available to your current role or client scope, it will not become accessible through Calendar.
