Campaign planning
Plan and manage structured client work from goals and deliverables through production and publishing.
When To Use Campaigns
Use campaigns for structured client work such as monthly retainers, product launches, festival campaigns, social media plans, or recurring content commitments.
A campaign brings the business objective, production work, team assignments, and publishing schedule together in one place.
What A Campaign Contains
Depending on the campaign and your access, a campaign can include:
- Business client
- Campaign type
- Priority
- Start and end dates
- Goal and KPI
- Key message
- Deliverables
- Assigned team
- Content plan
- Publishing schedule
- References
- Campaign activity
Campaign Access
What you can see and change depends on your role and workspace access.
Internal Team Members
Internal agency members can access campaigns available to their role.
Team members can use campaigns to understand the client objective, see relevant deliverables, follow production work, and access campaign schedules.
Some campaign actions may be restricted to users with management permissions.
Client Users
Client users can access campaigns belonging to the business client they represent.
Client access is enforced server-side.
A client user cannot access another business client's campaign by changing the campaign URL or navigating directly to it.
From Planning To Production
Campaigns connect business planning with execution.
A typical flow is:
Client → Campaign → Deliverable plan → Content → Workflow → Publishing schedule
Publishing and content planning can create the work that later appears across Workflow and Calendar.
Campaign Team
Campaigns can have team members assigned to the work.
Assignments help connect campaign planning with the people responsible for production and execution.
The available team and assignment actions depend on the current user's permissions.
Publishing Schedule
Campaign publishing schedules define when planned content should be published.
Scheduled work can also appear in Calendar, giving the team a time-based view alongside the campaign itself.
Client Privacy
Campaign access follows Agencie's tenant and client-scoping rules.
For CLIENT users:
- Only campaigns belonging to their linked business client are visible.
- Related calendar and campaign data follow the same client scope.
- Direct URLs do not bypass campaign authorization.
If the work is a small standalone assignment that does not need full campaign planning, a Gig may be faster than creating a campaign.
