Workspace switching
Move between agency workspaces while keeping each agency's data and access separate.
What It Is
If your AGENCIE account belongs to more than one agency, you can switch between those agency workspaces without signing out.
Your account stays the same.
The active workspace determines which agency's data, roles, permissions, and work you are currently using.
How To Switch
- Open the profile menu.
- Find Switch Workspace.
- Choose the agency you want to open.
- AGENCIE switches to that agency's workspace.
What Happens Next
Before opening the workspace, AGENCIE verifies that your account has an active membership in that agency.
After switching, the selected agency becomes your active workspace.
The workspace can have its own:
- Clients
- Campaigns
- Gigs
- Team
- Workflow
- My Work
- Calendar
- Publishing schedules
- Roles and permissions
Your access is evaluated using your membership in the selected agency.
Roles Can Change Between Workspaces
Your role does not have to be the same in every agency.
For example:
Agency A → Editor
Agency B → Writer + Editor
Agency C → Manager
When you switch workspaces, navigation and available actions change according to your roles in that agency.
Work Does Not Follow You Between Agencies
Switching workspaces does not move or combine work.
A Gig assigned to you in Agency A remains part of Agency A.
A workflow task in Agency B remains part of Agency B.
Use the workspace switcher to move between those separate operational contexts.
Direct Workspace URLs
Each agency has its own workspace address.
For example:
agency-one.agencie.in
agency-two.agencie.in
Opening an agency URL directly does not bypass access controls.
AGENCIE still checks whether your account has an active membership and the required access for that workspace.
What Can Go Wrong
Workspace Does Not Appear
If an expected agency is missing, confirm that:
- You accepted the agency invitation.
- You signed in using the email address that received the invitation.
- Your membership is still active.
Different Navigation After Switching
This can be expected.
Your roles and permissions may be different in the new agency, so AGENCIE can show a different set of workspace areas and actions.
Expected Work Is Missing
First check which workspace is currently active.
My Work, Workflow, Calendar, Campaigns, and Gigs are scoped to the current agency rather than combined across every agency you belong to.
Agency workspaces are isolated. Membership in one agency does not grant access to another agency's clients, campaigns, gigs, workflows, or other operational data. AGENCIE validates workspace membership even when an agency URL is opened directly.
