What It Is
Campaign Team shows the people attached to a campaign and the responsibilities they hold.
Depending on the campaign, this can include:
- Campaign manager
- Relationship manager
- Writers
- DOPs
- Editors
- Designers
- Social media managers
- Other assigned team members
Why It Matters
Campaign work usually moves between several people.
The Campaign Team gives everyone involved a clear view of who is responsible for each part of the campaign and who they should coordinate with.
Creative and production team members can use this information as context even when they do not have permission to manage the campaign team.
Campaign Team vs Task Assignment
Being part of the Campaign Team does not automatically mean every piece of campaign work is assigned to that person.
Campaign Team → Defines who is involved in the campaign
Workflow Task → Defines who owns a specific production task
Gig / Work Order → Defines responsibility for a specific standalone assignment
This keeps campaign-level responsibility separate from actual task ownership.
Managing The Team
Authorized users can add or remove campaign team members and assign campaign responsibilities.
Being able to view the Campaign Team does not automatically give a user permission to modify it.
Management actions depend on the user's role and campaign permissions.
Client Access
CLIENT users can see campaign information only for the business client they represent.
When Campaign Team information is available to a client user, it is limited to campaigns within that client scope.
A CLIENT user cannot manage the agency's internal campaign team or access team information from another business client's campaigns.
What Happens Next
After the campaign team is configured, individual work can be assigned through workflows, production tasks, or gigs.
This allows Agencie to answer two different questions:
Campaign Team: Who is involved?
Task Assignment: Who is responsible for this specific piece of work?
