What is AGENCIE?
Understand how AGENCIE connects clients, campaigns, people, and production work.
What It Solves
AGENCIE is an operations platform for agencies managing client content and creative production.
It replaces the daily mess of WhatsApp follow-ups, spreadsheets, scattered links, forgotten deadlines, and unclear ownership with one connected workspace.
AGENCIE is built around a simple idea:
> Every piece of work should have an owner, a deadline, a current state, and a clear next action.
How AGENCIE Is Structured
Work in AGENCIE starts with the agency and becomes more specific as it moves toward production.
Agency → Business Client → Campaign or Gig → Content → Workflow → Task → Review → Publishing
Each layer provides context for the next one.
Business Clients
Business Clients represent the brands or organizations your agency works with.
Each client can contain useful working context such as:
- Brand information
- Target audience
- Brand voice
- Content goals
- Social platforms
- Primary contact
- Other client context
Client users can also be invited to AGENCIE with access scoped to the business client they represent.
Two Ways To Run Work
AGENCIE supports two main ways to organize work.
Campaigns
Use Campaigns for structured client plans with deliverables, production, and publishing schedules.
Examples:
- Monthly social media retainers
- Product launches
- Festival campaigns
- Weekly content plans
- Multi-piece production commitments
A campaign connects the client promise to the people responsible for producing and publishing it.
Gigs
Use Gigs for smaller direct assignments that do not need a complete campaign structure.
Examples:
- Write 5 scripts by Friday
- Edit 3 reels
- Design 6 static posts
- Shoot product photos
If the work is straightforward and directly assignable, a Gig is usually faster.
How Production Works
Campaign planning can become actual production work through Content and Workflow.
Workflow tracks:
- Where the content currently is
- Who owns the current work
- What needs to happen next
- Reviews and handovers
- Blockers
- Production history
Depending on the workflow, work can move through stages such as writing, review, shooting, editing, approval, and publishing readiness.
Three Views Of Work
AGENCIE gives the team different views of the same operational work.
Workflow → Where is the work in production?
My Work → What am I personally responsible for?
Calendar → When does the work need to happen?
This allows employees to focus on their own responsibilities without needing to understand every operation happening across the agency.
Team And Roles
AGENCIE uses roles to control workspace access and available actions.
Team members can have roles such as:
- Owner
- Admin
- Manager
- Writer
- DOP
- Editor
- Designer
- Social Media Manager
- Other supported roles
A person can have multiple roles when needed.
Internal employees can also use the Team directory to understand who they are working with, while management actions remain restricted to authorized roles.
Client Access
External client users can be invited to AGENCIE using the CLIENT role.
A CLIENT membership is associated with a specific business client.
This means client access remains scoped to the business they represent rather than exposing other clients in the agency workspace.
Google Calendar
Users can connect Google Calendar so supported assigned and scheduled AGENCIE work can appear in their existing calendar.
AGENCIE remains the source of operational workflow state, while Google Calendar provides convenient visibility outside the platform.
Where To Start
For your first setup:
- Create your agency.

- Create your first business client.
- Add useful client playbook context.
- Create a Campaign or Gig.
