It brings together work currently assigned to you so you can see what needs attention without searching through individual campaigns or workflows.
Who Uses It
Agency team members use My Work to understand what they are responsible for right now.
Depending on your role and assignments, this can include work from:
- Campaigns
- Workflow tasks
- Gigs and work orders
- Production activities
What You See
My Work can surface items such as:
- Assigned work
- Work due today
- Upcoming deadlines
- Work waiting for review
- Returned work
- Overdue work
- Recent movement connected to your assignments
What appears depends on your actual assignments and access.
Assignment Matters
My Work is based on task ownership, not simply your role.
For example, being a Writer does not mean every writing task in the agency appears in your My Work.
Writer role → Defines what kind of work you can perform
Task assignment → Defines which specific work belongs to you
This keeps personal work focused on actual responsibility rather than every task associated with your role.
Working From My Work
Open an item to view its context and available actions.
Depending on the type and current state of the work, you may be able to:
- Review the task details
- Open the related campaign or content
- Complete your production action
- Submit work for review
- Respond to requested changes
- Mark a blocker where supported
When an action moves the workflow forward, AGENCIE updates the underlying work accordingly.
My Work vs Workflow
My Work answers:

My Work is therefore useful as the daily starting point for an individual team member, while Workflow provides broader production context.
If My Work Is Empty
If you expected work but nothing appears:
- Confirm you are in the correct agency workspace.
- Check whether the task is directly assigned to you.
- Confirm the work is still active.
- Check the underlying campaign, workflow, or gig if you have access.
Being part of a campaign team or having the correct production role does not necessarily mean the current task is assigned to you.
For production team members, My Work is the quickest way to see what needs attention without checking every campaign individually.
